2006 210 with 225 pro xs set up

I have just bought a 2006 210 with a 225 pro xs and was just wondering the best set up for it. It has a 10in bobs flats jack. It has the mercury smart craft gagues. i have the jack plate gague set at 1line past 1. (the numbers go form 1 to 6) and i had the trim up to 7.5 I Got it up to 71 then it started walking real bad. can any one help me out?

Measure your prop shaft height to pad. It may be to low. I would think on a 21ft boat 1 1/2" below pad might be a good place to start. Also make sure your load is balanced.
