GEL COAT FINISH

Seems that the gel coat has solvent pops coming to the surface.I keep my boat clean and waxed but you can see small bumps and feel the roughness in finish.Called blazer they explained that the warranty was a year on the finish.What can I do to cure this imperfection in the finish.
