210 Pro V Blazer

What is the correct pitch prop for this boat? I have a 27 tempest and the RPM s will only reach 5400 at WOT.

I'm not sure what motor you have on your boat. I have 250 vmax on my 210, I am about 1" below the pad, at about half trim I run out at 6100 RPM at 85 on the GPS. Are you trimming your boat up enough once you get on plane?
