Assistance with Ordering Parts

I have been trying to make contact with Mr. Tom Lowrey who handles parts and warranty parts (webpage states this). I have sent two e-mails and left two phone messages. Does he still work/handle this department? If no does anyone know the new person in charge and their contact info? Any assistances would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to obtain parts for a 2002 202 Pro V.
