02 202 set up

i have a 2002 202 with a 225promax and 15inch jack plate 24 tempst plus . take three times the boat length to get on plane top speed 60mph. checked compression it's good on all cyl. any suggestions?

too much jackplate can really hurt your hotshot and top end speed 10in is more than enough for your setup
