Rotten Transom

I bought a used 1998 201 with a 225hp Yamaha on Ebay. I drove down to pick it up and everyting looked great. On my way back the transom saver fell off and the weight of the motor pulled the fiberglass back witch exposed the rotted wood inside. What should I expect too pay for repairs. I live in NE which doesn't have any Blazer Dealers and can't drive back to ALabama cause the Motor looks like its gonna completely fall off. Thanks for advice.
