202pro v 200efi merc sporty lower 26trophyplus(new) 2 1/2 below pad 5900rpm only 66mph gps at 3/4 trim, any suggestions

You need to bring your motor up to about 1.5 in. below the pad and try to find you a bigger prop to try, either a 26 or 27 Turbo TXP. If you can't find one of them, try a 27 Trophy.
