STEP-UP PAD

I remember reading on another boat forum that custom Blazer "step-up pads" (for the top cap at bow) were being made by an outfit in the South-East. Anybody recall who it was and how to reach them? My gel coat is starting to get scratched up by my clod-hoppers. Thanks.
