08 2220 Fishermen

I am about to pull the trigger on a 2008 Fisherman. It has a 200HPDI on it with a jack plate. What kind of performance number will I see with this rig? Also it doesn't have trim tabs. Should I get the trim tabs or not?

Congrats on the new rig bro. I have an '07 2220 with a 200 HPDI yami. With about a 1/4 tank, alone I ran 58 on the GPS. I'm not sure what my wheel is other than stock. But she runs great and it's plenty fast enough to scat from the summer squalls and get you to the honey hole first... Enjoy and be safe..

Hey zebco, do you have the jack plate or trim tabs on your boat?

I don't have either on her. That's my next investment though, a jack plate that is. Should gain a few MPH that way as well as the shallow starts etc.
