09 2020 swim ladder

Looking to put a swim ladder or platform on my 09 2020 ,need some advice on which one will work better and not dig into the water when on plane

I got this: http://www.basscatstore.com/e-ladder.aspx. Mounts to the jack plate (no new holes in the transom) and really small and compact. If you don't need a full sized ladder, I highly recommend it.
