I just wanted to share my recent experience that I had with the Blazer folks.
I had an issue with a boat cover that I bought from the Dealer when I purchased
my 2170. It was made by Carver, and I was not sure how well it would hold up.
Anyway the cover started getting small tears, and I could not understand why
this was happening.
I called Blazer, and they have never had any problems with the covers. They
really helped me out. The Carver factory warranty is, if you think something
is under warranty, you have to prepay the freight to the factory, and when they
return it, you have to pay for that as well. Not so sure I think this is a good
warranty, but it was not Blazers cover. The Blazer folks sent me a prepaid
label, and all I had to do was drop it off at one of the local UPS stores.
The factory called me back, and said they were replacing my cover, and there
was no cost. I just wanted to let yall know, if you ever have any problems, either
the Dealer or the Factory is there to help you.
This is not my first issue, I have always been satisfied with the Blazer family.
