cloud under gelcoat

i recently purchased a 2004 202 , and i noticed the other day about a 4 foot section on the drivers side about middle of the boat , what appears to be something under the gelcoat. it looks cloudy or maybe some kind of moisture.the boat has been taken care of very well , and i did not notice this when i bought it. of course it has to be in the sunlight to see. it just seemed to appear all of a sudden! the boat stays in my garage so i dont think it is from sunlight. has anyone seen anything like this before. i took it back to the dealer today but still havent heard anything yet.thanks!

I have an '01 210 that has the same problem. Don't know what it is though.

I have the same problem with my 1999 202. Not real noticeable, but if you look hard, you'll see it.
