I don't have pictures, but I am sure you could google it. My Dealer suggested a removable ladder. Basically it has a bracket installed on the transom. The ladder slides into the bracket, and there is a device that you push through that keeps the ladder intact. You can turn the ladder upside down, and lock in the bracket, or just store it in one of the compartments.
Had a Blaze Bay installed on new 2220 pro, is big but functional. all aluminum and welding is nice. Only 1 step though, so if you are chest deep (most often) is difficult for the over 50 gang. suggest dealer install as it is a pain to through bolt. downside is $700!
The Blazer one is awesome! Beautiful fabrication just like your leaning post and grab rail.
If you need a quick fix- we did during the no fising time dring the oil spill and decided to start skiing again- go to West Marine and but the 7" gunnel three step folding ladder. It will fit right over your gunnel and the little feet are in just the right spot to brace against the side. Voila!- $39.95 and problem solved. It also hangs out of the way and just fine from the rocket launchers.
I bought a 3 step removable ladder from West Marine for my 2220 Pro. I had to order it though. When I am running I turn it upside down or it fits in the rod locker in the front. It comes with two brackets that I mounted in my rod locker to keep it from bouncing around. Great investment and it looks good too.
