Hi,

Unfortunately I have alot of experience on this matter. I to have a 2020 on a starline trailer. I've been through 3 different axles and finally a new trailer. If you would like I can contact you and give you the story on how my problem was resolved.

It looks like an alignment problem. You should measure from the axle on each side making sure that you pull from the same spot on the hitch and use the same edge of the tape. If it's not alignment, the axle may be bent so you better balance the tire.

I did find my trailer axle was 1 inch out of square from the back of the boat moved it up 1 inch bought 2 new 8 ply radial tires that are higher rating than those 6 ply so now we will see how the wearing does now also had the tires balanced , if this dosent solve the problem then the boat is too much weight for the 6000 lb axle ,,, boat weighs 3700 lbs

so far my problem has been solved by putting 8 ply tires on and putting 60 lbs of air in the tires trailer was one inch out of square , so far so good ,,my boat motor, trailer weighs 3700 lbs and i have 6000 single axle ,,torsion bar ,, 15 inch tires, tires wear rated for 1700 lbs so i moved up with those 8 ply 2400 lbs rated
