2008 2020 blazer bay filling with water

I have a 2020 blazer bay that is getting alot of water in it. I have the live wells off and the valve is shut off for the live well.
I fished for about 3 hours yesterday and the boat drained for about 5 minutes with a steady flow. The hull is in great shape
I had a new drain plug installed recently and the boat is due to the old one being stripped out. I had a regular 9/16 plug put in the boat. I am getting so much water that the boat will barely plain out. Could the water be coming in from the anchor drain on the bow? Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

It is better to replace new drain plug as it is not working properly.
