Gelcoat coat cracks

I recently purchased a 2004 202 pro-v and I am having issues with a bunch of little cracks on the top cap of my boat. I dont know if it is cosmetic or a serious deal.. I was wandering if anyone has experienced this before and what could be causing it..?. I sure would like any input at all. Thanks guys!!

This kind of problem always happens in used boat. You should have to check it properly before buying it. By the way , the only thing you can do is get it repaired or contact the previous owner.If you want to fight legally, this would be long process but you will get your returns.
