The Top Five Features of the 650 NAP

The 650 NAP has a lot to offer for anglers that want the Blazer experience at a more budget-friendly price. Our nationally advertised price (NAP) line of boats share the same hull as their Pro Tour counterparts at a fraction of the cost thanks to a clever solution to reduce manufacturing costs and pass those savings on to the anglers that make Blazer the boat brand it is today.

However, the reduced cost is not the only perk to our 650 NAP. Here, we have broken down not just how the NAP models provide more value per dollar, but also highlight several other features that make this model stand out from the competition.

More Value Per Dollar

One of the biggest perks about the 650 NAP is that it shares the same hull as its Pro Tour counterpart at a reduced, nationally advertised price (NAP). This reduction is possible by reducing the amount of customizations available for this particular model. By limiting the amount of options available, we are able to reduce our manufacturing cost as well as the price of the boat.

If you are interested in fully customizing your boat, then the 650 Pro Tour would better suit your desires. However, for anglers that are interested in adding their own gear or electronics, the 650 NAP is much more flexible to having these add-ons implemented. The reduced options for the 650 NAP is ideal for those who want the experience of a Blazer boat at a fraction of the cost.

Stainless Steel Toggle Switches

As the world becomes more accustomed to screens, so do many boats on the market. However, screens can be unreliable when out on the water: one glitch, and you may not be able to access several functions of your own boat.

That’s where the 650 NAP’s stainless steel toggle switches come in. These tactile switches do not have the same potential unreliability as screen-centered bass boats. While some may view them as old school, many anglers prefer the reliability and consistency of traditional toggle switches.

Pick Your Color Package

The 650 NAP has four color packages to choose from. These packages are designed based on the most popular color combinations ordered on our 650 Pro Tour.

  • Stormfire: Red and black fiberglass hull with silver pinstripes. The seats are black with silver centers and a red accent around the headrest.
  • Midnight Sapphire: Blue and black fiberglass hull with silver pinstripes. The seat’s accent color is also blue to match the hull.
  • Viper Stealth: Black and grey fiberglass hull with neon green pinstripes. The seats are silver and black with a green-accented headrest.
  • Shadow Strike: Grey and charcoal fiberglass with black pinstripes. The seats are black and silver with charcoal fabric around the headrest.

High Performance Inclusions

There are several items included as standard features on the 650 NAP that add to the high performance that Blazer Boats is known for. At the bow of the boat, there are two options for the trolling motor and depth finder. For trolling motor, you can choose between the Lowrance Ghost 120lb 50-inch or the Garmin Force 100lb 50-inch. The two depth finder options are the Lowrange HDS 9 Pro and the Garmin Echomap 93SV.

Then in the console, you can choose between a Garmin Echomap 126SV or Lowrance HDS 12 Pro depth finder. As part of your electronics, the 650 NAP also comes with a Sea Clear Power Harness.

In the aft deck, there is a Minn Kota 4 bank battery charger. The engine included is a Mercury 250L PXS TM and is rigged with a Mercury Analog 4 Stroke. There is also a Bravo propeller and a pair of 8-foot black blade power poles.

There are even high performance inclusions in the trailer. This model comes with the 650 Pro Tour Marine Master trailer with 14-inch wheels and a set of legend steps.

Additional Customizations

While the 650 NAP has fewer customization options than its Pro Tour counterpart, it still features several additions you can choose from. Here is a short list of some of the additional features you can customize on your 650 NAP:

  • Bob’s 10-inch action jack plate upgrade
  • Passenger console globe box
  • Dual axle brakes on trailer
  • Charcoal boat cover
