The 650 NAP was introduced in February of 2025 and since then, it has become a popular model among anglers that want the Blazer experience at a bargain. Not only does this model have the casting deck, storage, and electronics expected from a high performance bass boat, but it also accomplishes this feat at a fraction of the price of other models including its sister ship, the 650 Pro Tour.
Here, we have broken down several of the most common questions asked about the 650 NAP including its specifications, the meaning behind its name, a breakdown of the package options, and a look at the standard features.

What are the Specifications of the 650 NAP?
The 650 NAP is a mid-sized fiberglass bass boat, which enables it to be highly aerodynamic for a smooth, speedy ride. Here, we have listed the specifications for this model:
- Overall Length: 21 feet 4 inches
- LOA with Trailer and Motor: 28 feet 8 inches
- Beam: 8 feet
- Maximum Capacity: 1,400 pounds
- Persons Capacity: 5 people
- Approximate Dry Weight: 1,800 pounds (boat only)
- Maximum HP: 300 horsepower
- Fuel Capacity: 50 gallons

The 650 NAP shares the same specifications as its more customizable version, the 650 Pro Tour. This is because both boats are designed based on the same hull, and thus have a very similar design and feel.
What does “NAP” Mean?
The acronym “NAP” stands for “National Advertised Price”, and refers to the fact that these bass boat models have a consistent price thanks to their reduced customization options. The 650 NAP has the same overall length, beam, capacity, and fuel capacity as the 650 Pro Tour, with the only significant difference being the level of customization.
The 650 Pro Tour is completely customizable especially when it comes to color. In comparison, the 650 NAP is limited to a few options for engines, trolling motors, and other key features. The NAP models are also limited to four different color package options.
What are the different Package Options on the 650 NAP?
The 650 NAP packages can be split into three main categories: motor, color, and electronics. Each of these packages include a few options each based on what is most popular on its fully customizable version, the 650 Pro Tour. By reducing the options, we are able to significantly decrease manufacturing costs and pass those savings on to our customers.
We have also recently added an option to our console design for the 650 NAP. By default, this boat model comes with one console at the driver’s seat. However, there is an option to add an additional passenger console with a glove box.
Motor Packages
The 650 NAP has two options when it comes to engine and trolling motor. For the engine, you can choose between a Mercury 250L PXS TM or a Yamaha VF 250LB. As for the trolling motor, the options are a Lowrance Ghost 120LB 50-inch or a Garmin Force 100LB 50-inch.
Then there is the jack plate, which the outboard motor is attached to at the stern of the boat. The default option is a 10-inch manual plate, though this can be upgraded to a Bob’s 10-inch action plate in black. Additionally, there are two different propeller options; the 250L Pro XS TM and the VF250LA.
Color Packages
There are four color package options available for the 650 NAP. These color packages are based on the most popular color combinations for the 650 Pro Tour. All models have the same color carpet for the deck – charcoal – and use similar colors on the seats. The center of the spine of the seats is silver in a ribbed pattern with black fabric for the outer edges of the seat. The only part of the seat that changes color across color packages is the accent color surrounding the headrest.
The first color package is called Stormfire, named for the fiery red fiberglass that makes up most of its hull. This is paired with black fiberglass sections at the edge of the boat and along the bottommost part of the boat’s hull. These sections are broken up by silver pinstripes. As for the seat, the accent color around the headrest is red to match the hull’s fiery color.

The second color package is called Midnight Sapphire and shares a similar design to Stormfire, but instead of fiery reds, this one features rich blues. The silver pinstripes and black sections of the fiberglass hull remain the same, but are broken up by sections of sapphire blue fiberglass. Lastly, the accent color on the seats is also blue to match the hull.

Viper Stealth is the third color package and gets its name from the green scaly skin of vipers. As such, it features neon green pinstripes between sections of black and charcoal fiberglass. The seats also have green accents to pair with the striking pinstripes.

Lastly, there is the Shadow Strike color package which combines grey and charcoal fiberglass with black pinstripes. The headrest of the seats is accented with charcoal fabric that contrasts, but pairs well with the silver and black fabric used for the rest of the seat’s design.

Electronics
There are several electronics options available on the 650 NAP. There is a console and bow depth finder which can either be Garmin or Lowrance brand. For the Garmin pairing, the console has an EchoMap 126SV while the bow has an EchoMap 93SV. The Lowrance package has an HDS 12 Pro in the console and an HDS 9 Pro on the bow.

In addition to these three sets of packages, there are also other options that come standard with the 650 NAP that are usually premiums on our fully customizable models.
What are the Standard Features of the 650 NAP?
In addition to the packages that can be customized on the 650 NAP, there are several features that come standard on this boat that are usually options on other bass Blazer boats. For his model, the list of standard features includes the following:
- Pair of 8-foot blade black Power Poles
- Sea Clear Power Harness
- Minn Kota 4 Bank Battery Charger
- Stainless Steel Toggle Switches
This list ensures that the boat can still be manufactured at a lower cost and sold at a more budget-friendly price without sacrificing the quality of your fishing trip.
